“I ordered a 7 dollar trio from the drive thru and found that there was a junior whopper missing. Had to park the car and go in the store to retrieve the sandwich. The whole idea of a drive thru is so you don't have to go into the store. Food is always good. They need to focus on getting the orders correct.“

“my husband and I ate at the Tupelo Restaurant on Thursday June 13, and I just want to give a huge compliment to our waiter, Preston, he was the nicest and most courteous waiter we have ever had. he was professional in every way. he made sure everything was okay and kept checking in with us and our meal was excellent“

“We decided to eat there today since it has been proably 8 years or longer, the food was outstanding, the chicken quesdellia was wonderful, chicken parmesan was cooked to perfection. Our server was Asia and she was very attentive, offered excellent service to us. We will definitely be going back.“

“Curtis and D'Marcus(not sure about spelling) did a wonderful job. The sandwich maker also gave their A game. From speaker or pulling off took very little time, and my food was GREAT. Both Curtis and D'Marcus had wonderful attitudes.“

“Food was great and staff was attentive and courteous. Cook was honest about the grits: too watery, I don’t think you would like them. I appreciate that. Atmosphere 4 stars simply because the floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a year or so.“

“There is often a line long here, but it almost always moves very fast. I haven't been parked much to wait on food and when I have its been quick. Staff is very friendly. I continue to see a lot of the same staff when I come over years at a time, which tells me morale is high and employees enjoy working here and probably respect the management.“
