“Nice service. The gumbo was good. The fried shrimp were a nice size. I was expecting something different though, not that frozen battered kind. My son ordered steak. It looked delicious. He's the steak eater. He said it was way too tough to chew. The appetizer (fried green tomatoes and mushrooms) were good. I'd go back and get catfish next time and the gumbo.”

“Great local joint.Food is a 10/10 some dishes will seem exotic for most Alabama folks.Service probably 8/10 is descent.Price is a 10/10 you won't leave hungry or drop a lot of cash.The rice dishes are good, the drunken noodles with chicken are great. The kids meals are a good size for our six year old boy.The entrées come with a dash of salad with Ginger dressing and a Banana (spring) roll with a strawberry sauce. The Banana roll might be an acquired taste.”

“Mi Toro is an amazing restaurant and highly recommended for any family that would like to go and eat somewhere. The staff at Mi Toro is great and the food taste even better. Another great part about Toro is not that expensive but you still get a great meal for you and your family. That's why I love me so much and that's why I think your family will too.”

“I don’t go a day without coffee in some way or another, so I was beyond happy to find out Caledonia was getting a coffee shop! My kids go to daycare in Caledonia, so I stop by to get the White Chocolate Frappè quite often. It’s a chill atmosphere and great staff. There hasn’t been a day yet that I wasn’t greeted with a smile and great attitude from everyone! You can tell that the products they use are of great quality, so be prepared to become obsessed! I would honestly choose them over Starbucks!!! They sell goat milk soap as well as a few other things!! I’ve purchased 3 different scents so far, and I’m very impressed by how much of a difference I’ve noticed in my skin/complexion since using it. Overall this is an awesome little coffee shop, and everything I’ve gotten so far has not disappointed!!”

“My grandkids always want to order from Jin Jin when they spend the night. General Tso is a good spicy dish with plenty to share. The honey chicken is great. The crab ragoon's are Devine!”

“What a great find. Small town, everyone knows your name kind of joint. Was hoping they had lunch and the menu did not disappoint. Was going to have the shrimp poboy, but heard everyone paying stating that they had the hamburger, so I had to give I a try. Had the smokehouse cheeseburger with grilled onions, bacon and a half pound of fat dripping hamburger. Haven't had a burger that juicy in a coons age! A bit disappointed in the chops. Menu positioned them as gourmet kettle chips. I was hoping for homemade. They were Lay's. Service was very quick. No fountain soda, but the waitress dropped another can of Mountain Dew in front of me when I drained the first can into my glass.”

“I always love this place! Everything they have is great, and the crew are the nicest people around( probably more than every restaurant in this town combined) they have a huge menu to choose from. If you want some great desserts, or a snow cone on a hot day, look no further cuz this is the place to be! I promise you won't regret it!”

“Today I tried a Protein Bowl. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much meat they put on it! He kept piling it on! It was Huge & Delicious! My husband ordered an Italian BMT, he said he'd rate it a 10 's . The only thing that could be any better is to have fresh crispy bacon. All in all, we had a Great Experience!!!”
