Paying 24 bucks for not getting your food right and having to ask for your drinks and straws and then having to ask for napkins because they split my drink in the window and still proceeded to hand me my drink!!!! Not to mention I really wanted a shake and there was milk all over the floor!!! Disgusting 𤢠Only two people working and they were more worried about talking to each other than getting peoples orders right!!!!

The place was terrible. They lied about our order. We asked if cheese and sauce was in the order. The idiot replied "yes" we thank him and left. When we returned home NO cheese or sauce. Plus the curly fries were stale like they were sitting for over an hour. The place wasn't very busy at 5:00pm guess I know why.

We try not to eat fast food too often, but for consistency, fast & friendly service we can recommend the Arby's on Hardy/98 for inside or drive through service.
Was told their system was down and as Iâm cancelling the order in the parking lot they gather a crowd. But didnât turn them away. Confused.

Placed an online order and was told would be ready at a specific time, I got there at that time and they hadnât even started on it. Stood there for a half an hour waiting on food and they werenât even busy. When I got home to open up our food it wasnât even prepared correctly! So I go back because I paid extra for cheese and the first thing that was said to me when I walked in the door was âitâs not right is itâ. They take my food to the back and come back to the front after a couple minutes and hand me the same bag and was told we added the cheese to them. So now we have cold fries, cold sandwiches, the staff doesnât get in a hurry about anything. I watched the woman at the front stand around complaining about how much time she had till she got off. This place is a joke!
