We came for the rolled ice cream and absolutely loved it. Also opted for a fruit tea which was really refreshing. The staff were friendly.

Our first time coming here to eat. The pictures we saw online was deceiving. It looks good the food and the place inside looks nice. But in reality this place is a low class place like a cafeteria style .

We spent 53 USD almost and the food wasn't great. It is not worthy to pay for that foods. We ordered Ramen noodles, Jumbo shrimp, poke bowl, pho soup, and side of rice. But they served packet ramen noodles with sweet small size sausage, Jumbo shrimp combo but wasn't Jumbo shrimp. Poke bowl is small portion of fish, they charge 7 USD for small portion of pho soup, broth only.

At firat the manager who took are order was cordial but after ordering g our food and requesting that we have a knife to slice the order...the salmon burrito he was perplexed, irate, irritated, cinfused... after several minutes of explaining a plastic knife wouldn't suffice and even suggesting I place an edible order instead, he appeared way too confused to continue the conversation. He then asked me what I wanted to fo and I told him I wanted him to make a suggestion. He then reluctantly washed and ha ded me a knife to cut the order with...he rolled his eyes and kept his mocking thoughts to himself but we did get the knife. The Ramen was good and so was the salmon burrito. The service, eh... hr needs to rework their customer service skills with this one.

I throughly enjoyed the shrimp Pho. The broth was very tasty and the portion was just right.

I have been eating here for years and I purchased the Spicy Roman which I always get and it was so horribly made! They splashed hot water on top of raw noodles with a dash of seasoning. It was like eating noodles and water.

This morning I went to return the food and collect my refund. I was told to leave my number because they could not do a return I would have to wait for the manager to call me back. I have never heard that shit in my life. I left my number and hopefully they call back and recover. Poor quality as of today what a disgrace. Please refund my funds. Thanks

I've eaten 100's of PHO restaurants all over USA and since a child 10 of thousands of times.

Pros
Good portions
Great broth

Cons
Over cooked noodles and rare beef
Spring rolls too much lettuce like noodles are expensive, cheap ham, unseasoned shrimp. I'm preferential to grilled pork or grilled shrimp.

Over all for a middle mississippi place it's worth it.

Ps. Bathroom toilet real dirty. Had to dump but couldn't. On way out I thought I let loose some gas but I pooped myself all over my white cotton pants... so wish bathroom was clean.

Rude staff. Do not recommend take out. Female staff yells at customer. Incomprehensible of english language, no grasp of American customer service. False advertisement.

I had the Spicy Ramen bowl and it was fantastic! I think this will become a regular spot for me while studying at USM.
