Best tasting ice cream in town for sure. came here with wife/kids/dog. All enjoyed. love the new atmosphere and staff is very friendly. Also got to know the owners and are great people. 10/10 recommend.
Ice cream was great, and the service was perfect too! The store looks nice after the renovation, and feels very modern! My favorite flavor is the Pralines and cream.

Many years I have enjoyed Hattiesburg’s Baskin Robbins. While a malt drinker at heart occasionally I prefer hand dipped cones. Unfortunately over the past year or so I have noticed their ice cream has been very soft and melts faster than I can eat it . This evening my experience was not enjoyable at all . I waited patiently in a long line while one employee stood watching her co worker struggling to serve the large amount of customers on her own. I ordered a single dip on a sugar cone . When the young lady handed the ice cream cone to me it was half melted and dripping down the cone . The young lady politely ask if I wanted a cup and spoon for my melting ice cream cone , MyReply was I Ordered an Ice cream Cone not a cup of ice cream . Before I even made it to the door my hand was covered with ice cream . This was not the first time this has happened however it is the Last . Unless I want a Malt or Shake I will not order dipped ice cream form this Baskin Robbins agin . A Newly remodeled facility is nice but MELTED ice cream not so nice !!!!!!

My Daughter dropped her ice cream on the floor and I asked could we have it replaced in a cup. She then asked me where is the cone and the ice cream. In the garbage of course. I guess I should've acted with no sense and left it on the floor to keep from paying for another ice cream. Won't be back. And to think I left a tip the first time. Not again.

This one star rating of the food is just for the milkshake yesterday. Normally everything is delicious. It was as if he water down colored the milk with Ice cream. It tasted good but was thin like milk, not frozen at all. At $5.50 it was very disappointing. Will stick with just getting a scoop on a cone.

Baskin Robbins just opened up and OH MY GOD!! They renovated EVERYTHING!! I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid with my parents after church and I’m completely shocked of how it looks.. I took some photos to share. And I don’t know why but the ice cream tastes so much better than any of the other ice creams shops in Hattiesburg. Definitely a 11/10. And the service and friendliness? Unbelievably friendly. Best place to come for desserts hands down. ??

I recently visited Baskin Robbins in Hattiesburg and, wow, it completely blew my expectations out of the water! The ice cream was hands down the best I've ever had, with so many flavors to choose from. The cherry on top? The service was amazing. There was this British kid working there who made our visit super special with his friendly attitude and great recommendations. Honestly, if you're in the area and craving some top-notch ice cream, you have to check this place out. I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. Easily a 5-star experience!

I Like to stop by whenever we’re in town because it brings back so many memories of my childhood and I like taking my daughter and make memories. Today was the 3rd strike. The staff is as cold as the ice cream! Very unfriendly. I’m not asking you to speak but how rude of you to keep sitting there texting on your phone and not acknowledging the customers. Then whenever you decide to get up you’re looking like what do you want. Thanks but No thanks. From now on I will take my hard earned money to another city! It was the Audacity for me. Rude and very unprofessional and frankly too old to not have any manners
I called and asked for the staff to reserve an already made ice cream cake (any kind) with payment over the phone, until I could pick it up and they refused. They informed they had many made and they were first come first serve and couldn’t assist me over the phone. You’d think I was trying to order some 3 tier specialty cake last minute or something !
