I recently visited Baskin Robbins in Hattiesburg and, wow, it completely blew my expectations out of the water! The ice cream was hands down the best I've ever had, with so many flavors to choose from. The cherry on top? The service was amazing. There was this British kid working there who made our visit super special with his friendly attitude and great recommendations. Honestly, if you're in the area and craving some top-notch ice cream, you have to check this place out. I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. We went just now and they were already locked up and closed, despite being supposed to be open until 9. I showed the girl the time and it was 8:53, and she would not let me in. I just wanted some ice cream. Smh.

I Like to stop by whenever we’re in town because it brings back so many memories of my childhood and I like taking my daughter and make memories. Today was the 3rd strike. The staff is as cold as the ice cream! Very unfriendly. I’m not asking you to speak but how rude of you to keep sitting there texting on your phone and not acknowledging the customers. Then whenever you decide to get up you’re looking like what do you want. Thanks but No thanks. From now on I will take my hard earned money to another city! It was the Audacity for me. Rude and very unprofessional and frankly too old to not have any manners

This Baskin-Robbins is located in a shopping olaza and is by the Corner Market supermarket. The staff is friendly and the ice cream was definitely good, even if it was a bit chilly outside. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I will give it five stars overall.

Disrespectful airhead employee ruined a ice cream cake I was in the process of purchasing. She was rushing with cakes and she messed up the wording I requested. I informed her that I couldn't hardly read the letters and that it was ugly. She got mad and copped a stinking attitude. She need to be fired for her nonchalant attitude. Now I'm having to scramble to find another ice cream cake for my best friend's birthday ???

Twice in the last few weeks the waffle cones were very stale & the ice cream was not as frozen/cold as it should be. That & the mint chocolate chip formula has been changed after years of being my favorite! The store said they removed the green food coloring, but it’s much more than that — it does not taste the same & the consistency is more like yogurt! We are done with Baskin-Robbins.
