I do want to share some feedback regarding the automatic 20% gratuity. While the service was adequate, I personally prefer to have the flexibility to determine the gratuity based on my dining experience. Being told upfront that a fixed percentage would be added took away that choice and left me feeling less satisfied with the overall experience. My husband and I had the best experience with the Staff at Benson’s Steakhouse. When we entered the Restaurant we were greeted with smiles and customer service was excellent, including the young man that was our waiter. Oh! our steaks were cooked to perfection and tender. We will be coming back. Thank You for a Great Dining Experience
My husband and I tried Benson's for the first time and it did not disappoint! The ribeye with blue cheese was delicious! We tried the bread pudding and cheesecake and they were both great!
