I’m a bit of a blue collar lunch foodie. Big Trouble is without a doubt my favorite lunch spot. Tuna nachos with extra tuna, orange chicken, sticky wings, steamed buns…. Usually I get stuck on an item, like red curry or pad thai at Jutama’s, shrimp plate or pastor tacos at El Jefe, but Big Trouble has so many exciting options that I’ve bounced around and loved every item.
As far as service goes, Rachel is the best! Ainsley, Jade, Houston and Eden are all unique and exceptional as well. The only reason I don’t list others is because those are the only servers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
Me and my husband had lunch there today! AMAZING waitress “don’t remember her name” but baby she was one the best we’ve ever had!! This was our first time there and she made the experience wonderful!! We made sure to show her love at the end with a nice tip but well deserved!!!

There is nothing usual about this restaurant because everything is exceptional. We came anticipating it to blow our socks off, and it took the rest of our attire with it. Unbelievable service, one-of-a-kind atmosphere, and a menu that leaves nothing for wanting--do not come without other friends so you can try the bulk of the menu--and, the apps are only the beginning. Considering moving to Hattiesburg just to be closer to this food and vibe. 100/10
PS ask for Houston! He's extremely well-versed with the menu, and knows his way around a dining room.
