First off shout out to our server who gave impeccable service last evening. Especially cause we accidently came in 20 minutes before close (google you menance, kitchen closes at 9pm on M-TH, bar is open until 10pm), neverthelss got our order in and drinks super fast, and O MY GOSH, that food was so good. Mixed experience! The service and atmosphere was great, but some of the food was not. We loved the smash burger! The spicy Katsu chicken ramen… the chicken was great, the broth was pretty good, the noodles were okay, and the vegetables were lackluster. The broth didn’t quite have enough flavor in my opinion, the noodles don’t have a satisfying texture, and the vegetables were raw and cold (the soft boiled egg was also cold) so it didn’t quite hit the spot. First time and everything was amazing! Food, service, atmosphere. I sat in the direction watching the chefs cook. Only slight complaint was the seating was too high up for my short self, lol.
