My boyfriend, our friend and I went to BWW tonight at 10pm. I’ve been to this location multiple times, often on UFC Saturday nights when it is PACKED and have never had a bad experience with service. However, our server, Emma only visited our table about 4 times, excluding bringing us our drinks and food (which was cold). There were hardly any tables at all and our food took about 35 minutes and was cold. My friend tried to order a margarita at 10:25- and she told us that last call was made. I’ve been there multiple times that last call was made, it is always yelled across the restaurant, which never happened tonight, and she never came to ask if we wanted any other drinks because last call was being made. Shortly after that, another server (red head, who gave her tables exceptional service), brought her table a bar drink. I’m disappointed!

It’s a nice space I liked the seating area for my food I got the Teriyaki boneless wings. They were a little salty but overall good. When we got the food it wasn’t hot. It was more room temp. Almost slightly cold . Service was okay 😭 and really pricey

Our family went into this location. We ordered our food and waited. When the waitress brought out our food, one of the items was wrong. When we brought it to the waitresses' attention, we were told we ordered boneless wings. No, we didn't. We ordered 30 piece traditional wings. When the manager got involved, we were told that if we didn't want the boneless wings, we still had to pay for them. We were told that the manager believed the waitresses and basically it was our problem. After a small discussion, the manager gave us the correct order and took the boneless wings back. We didn't want the boneless wings and were not trying to get them free. We just wanted what we actually ordered. The whole situation was uncalled for. We were treated like liars because the waitresses took the order wrong. All we asked for was for it to be corrected. We will not be returning. Almost $200 meal to be treated that way is crazy.

I just came in and got two orders of Buffalo tots for me and my wife when i got home the tots were no where near being all the way cooked they were cold and kinda hard in the middle my wife was hungry so she ate hers but i just couldn't eat it it just didn't tastes right whit the tots not fully cooked

Great place for wings and things! Typical chain wing restaurant but the service is great and friendly. All the ufc ppv events are covered as are all your favorite sports! Highly recommend for a great affordable night out with friends.

Does NOT honor Eagle Club discount! Asked waiter if my USM Eagle Club card would be honored before ordering today (because of it being refused two weeks ago on an app order). Waiter went to verify with manager, came back, and said it would. When it was time to pay, the discount was NOT deducted. When I pointed it out, the waiter said the manager told him not to accept it because it was a lunch meal. Not a friend of Southern Miss. They are listed on the university's EC discount list, but 0 for 2 honoring it for us! EDIT: I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS BELOW AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE.
Our waitress Bre was great! She took care of our needs without being overly intrusive. The wings here were some of the freshest and best we have experienced at a BWW!!! They came out fast, so we were concerned but they were hot and fresh and not double cooked. Overall one of the best BWW we have been to.

A sports bar is too noisy for my tastes, but the food is delicious, and if you go at lunchtime it's a lot more chill.
Parking: No bike parking, no bus stop, no sidewalk, and a big free parking lot. Wouldn't be such a big problem if this weren't primarily a place that serves alcohol, and adjacent to the most dangerous intersection in town.
I am not one to share reviews that are not good reviews. This is our 3rd time in a row spread out over a 4 month period to wait almost 45 minutes for our food to reach us and be cold. We had a 3rd person join us and it was a good 15 minutes before the waitress even came to take his drink order, but she walked past us multiple times and we were not in a busy area.

When we received our order after waiting, the food was cold. The wings were as if they threw them in a microwave and heated them up for 15 seconds. However our kids meal was fresh and steaming hot?
