Order was incorrect. Paid for cheese , didn't get it. Fries weren't cooked all the way , the burger was pink and cold all the way through in both patties on both burgers. The lady that took my order was polite. They pulled me forward to get me off of their timer, and still rushed the food. Spent 26 bucks on straight garbage. Its very clear they do NOT care about their job here.

2/04/25 3:15p.m. This was my first time going to this burger King and my first time going to any burger King in years. Dudes at both windows were super nice and polite and all my food was hot and fresh (got chicken fries, a bacon cheeseburger and some cheesy tots definitely a variety). Everything was great. Will definitely start coming here when hungry and in town as I live in lumberton.

My friend and i both got pick up separate orders on the app for the online exclusive wrap and whopper meal we got our food got home and both were missing our chicken on the wraps they told us to come back up so they could fix it,we did but had to put a baby back in the car to do all this,I asked for some cheesy tots for the inconveince they said yea pull up then proceeded to give us the option of wraps or tots we just took the wraps but dont tell me yea pull up and then give me the option.they started talking bad were we could hear them through the drive through window when we asked for a refill of our drink least for the inconvenience currently waiting for a call back to talk to a manager we will see where that goes.

this Burger King decided to remodel it's location for the second time 3-4 months ago and the location reopened afterwards
