I can cook 10 steaks faster than it takes them to give me my whopper... drive through was down (never heard of that) and im literally the only one in here been here 15 min already

Rude..they were trying to give me half a shake.. Rude...and some old dry meat between to old cold buns..Rude...when I told them I was in the business of food service and I recognize pan meat ..they got really ugly... Rude ...now this was over the Sumner and I haven't been back since..and I won't. I reported this incident. But never heard back on any of it..and to be honest .I donr think I ever will ..this place bites..I recommend .avoid at all cost

Worst experience I ever had at Burger King. 1st order was 2-Whopper Jr.'s For $5 (No Cheese, Extra Onions and extra Mayo) and a Fry. What I received, 2-plain Hamburgers with one pickle and ketchup, on both burgers. Second order was 2-Whopper Jr.'s with Bacon For $5, a Fry, and a Drink; Order was Correct, Third Order was a Whopper with Cheese Combo; Whopper had No Cheese on it and extra Onions. The Service and Food were both terrible. We will never return to this Burger King ever again.

Very clean inside, food was great both my fries and my impossible burger, and the service was 10/10 the assistant manager was really nice and the other lady was very nice as well. Best burger king experience i’ve ever had.Dietary restrictions: Have vegan options (fries and patty)

Everytime I try to stop by there for a burger and a fry, they tell me their “system” is down and they cannot serve me right now. They tell me this while serving the cars in front of me. So I tried again the next four nights. Same excuse, “Our “system” is down.” All while I see them handing a bag of, (what I ASSUME is food), and a drink out the window.

Horrible experience for my elderly parents. Staff was oblivious to my order that I placed on my Iphone! When they arrived at the drive thru screen, the person taking orders didn't know anything about it! So my dad had to park and go in, then they told him that it had just come through, while he was parking! They did not notice the order until after he asked at the menu/speaker. It was 6 normal whopper jr's with a large fry. Nothing complicated. It took them over 30 minutes to fill our order! They need to fix the system, or the problem! My dad has to walk with a cane, and my mother had just been discharged from the hospital as well! I was trying to treat them with a simple and easy time. But instead is was a nightmare for them! This isn't the first time they have messed up my orders, by far! At least 10 times! One time they had no fries! I will never do business with that Burger King location again! That goes for the several family members that I support as well!
