The manager and staff on 11/30/25 were exceptional. One of my orders were wrong and I went inside to let them know. I was greeted very nicely by the cashier and manager and explained the issue with my order. The manager quickly responded and I left with what I ordered. Having great customer service is not always easy to give when it is a busy time of the day and so I wanted to give the staff kudos for being so kind and prompt when I had a issue with my order Thank you much and Happy Holidays!!!!!

Everytime I have come to this burger king on 49 I am so pleasantly surprised at how good it is! I went at 6pm on a Thursday and the lobby looked so clean, my food turned out amazing, and the customer service was great! I usually dont rate fast food places but I have had great experiences at this location.

Walked in to get our food, the people were yelling. My youngest daughter went straight to the bathroom. When she came out the manger screamed at her to get out of the restaurant. Walking out, 2 of the employees were out by a red car smoking pot. How professional is that? Recommend 10 out of 10 not eating or going back!!

So I have genuinely never made an online review in my life because I have worked as a trainer in this industry for 5+ years. I used to go to this location often after I got off work because it’s convenient, it’s fast food. However, I showed up tonight 30minutes before close. Which I know for actual sit down restaurants is frowned upon, but this is fast food… it’s in the name, I’m in and out in 3 minutes. I made my order and the person on window said “I’m not gonna lie to you, we are out of whopper patties” which to me I know is BS. And a lie. You’re a burger place running out of burgers 30 mins before close? Yea ok. Lazy. I would rather you be honest and say, look man I’m tired could you get something else and I would completely understand. But lying to a customer who just wants a meal after a long day because you are feeling lazy and want to laugh with ur friends is disheartening. So despite me being a frequent customer, I will 100% never go back here again because it shows a lack of care for the customers. I’ll just go to McDonald’s where they don’t close half an hour early for no reason, more business for them!

I went to Burger King tonight just after 9:00. The lobby was closed. In every employee that worked in the restaurant was out in the parking lot drinking and shooting fireworks. There was no way of getting through the drive-thru because that was where they were shooting off fireworks and listening to their music. I would suggest you bypass this restaurant at all costs. Whoever owns this franchise should look into this location

The drive-thru wait is always horrible, and the lobby is locked after 8 pm, so you can't pick up your in-app orders. Waiting in line here is awful.

The night time manager was really polite and friendly...the burgers were hot fries was hot and fresh...it's a easy in and easy out...service was great ..and the store was really clean ...would recommend a stop by if u close by and want a hot fresh meal
