The blonde haired manager there is definitely not good for business. The service is pretty good considering. This is someone who I have never ever seen smile, Never thank you for choosing our restaurant. Every time I’ve tried to order from here has been a bad experience typically, it’s just been the attitude of the workers but today was awful. I ordered my food well before I got to the store because. it always takes a while to get things ready when I got there. I told him that I had a mobile order and I told him the name, though staff at the window handed me out to go bag. I told her I had two plates and she only gave me one at this point the manager came to the window and asked what name I told her and she said it hadn’t come through yet. I pulled the order from the app and showed her that I ordered it over 20 minutes ago and ask how long it typically comes, but it takes to come through. She rolled her eyes at me and left the window. about 30 seconds later the other employee comes back with a bag of two plates. I should’ve checked, so I suppose it’s on me, but I did not and when I got to my husband‘s workplace with the food, the order was completely wrong. I had ordered fish with fries and slaw and I’ve gotten him the largest shrimp plate with fries and broccoli. We got two orders of fish and fries and coleslaw. The sauce were missing from the bag. It’s just a bad experience every time I go the surly attitude of the staff, both managers and other employees it’s just awful to deal with.

The night manager was very nice. Originally my food order was wrong. Instead of fixing it they canceled the whole order after waiting 15 and I had to repay again. The crew is not friendly at all they don’t even speak or say thank you.

I do not recommend anyone coming here I ordered 3 orders they gave 2 orders that wasn't right took it back they still got my orders wrong the manager didn't greet or apologize at all had a very bad look on her face terrible customer service and when I finally got my order the food did not look presentable at all
