Please don't eat here because I do not want to have to fight for a table when you realize how awesome the food is. I always get the taco salad and it has never disappointed me! Portion and quality meet the price. Great service. I always go for the cilantro salsa but leave very full.

Came here based on the reviews, and really enjoyed the carnitas and chori pollo. Would come back if I’m in town again!
And don’t mind the entrance—I know it looks weird without any windows but it feels familiar on the inside.

Casa Jalisco is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Hattiesburg. The food was incredible from start to finish. The portions were big, the beer was ice cold, and the flavors were spot on. I had the carnitas and they were some of the best I have ever had—tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.
The atmosphere is laid-back, the service is solid, and the plates come out hot and loaded. You definitely get your money’s worth here. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in Hattiesburg, this is the place.
Highly recommend, and I will absolutely be back. Number one Mexican spot in town without question.

The dishes were all well portioned and looked good. Unfortately, we all found them bland for tex-mex. Better seasoning or some varied salsas would really help the food shine.

There IS NOT one thing that I can say went wrong or was wrong with Jalisco restaurant. From the moment you walk thru the door, you are greeted by the employees with a smile. The food HAS ALWAYS been super fresh, delicious and put to you within 10 minutes tops. My husband and I always order a double plate of their fajitas with shrimp, chicken and beef. It is THE BEST meal I have ever eaten in my life when it comes to Mexican food. Plus the price is unbelievable. Casa Jalisco Mexican IS BY FAR THE PLACE TO GO.

I was traveling through here on a roadtrip and we decided to stop here because it was the best rated Mexican restaurant nearby and OMG! this place was the best Mexican food I have ever had, coming from a Kansan!! Totally recommend, quick service and extremely delicious!

Prepare to enter another world. Don't let the humble entrance deceive you. There's a full elevated bar, plenty of bench seats, upstairs seating, and a great big back deck. Totally rocking good food
