1st time I went to this establishment a cockroach crawled out of the to-go window. The second time I had to return my burger 3 different times. They just can't get right... There will never be a 3rd trip.

On 1/25 we ordered breakfast on DoorDash! First the store calls and say the shake machine was turned off last night and we couldn’t get our breakfast drink but they sent a cup of chocolate icecream. Then once our food arrived (Door Dasher was quick) I opened mines, it was a repeat order from the last time we ordered breakfast, only thing I changed was my drink. I ordered the breakfast champ which suppose to come with sausage, egg and bacon. They sent be a very cold hamburger with cheese, mayo, onion, tomato and mustard! I can not have tomatoes! We called back to the store and spoke with a (Candace) who claims she’s a shift leader or something. She was very nonchalant, told us it was new staff that’s training and that was the cause of the mix up! She advised us to contact DoorDash as if they were responsible! No cause our Dasher was great! It was this restaurant! She was very nonchalant and showed no sign of empathy a the inconvenience they caused me for breakfast! Didn’t offer to make it over or nothing! Needless to say this is not the first hiccup from this location and we will not be returning! Unprofessional non courtesy don’t care equals will not spend our money near again!

I believe this is my first time trying checkers in general. They have a surprisingly large menu and I decided to order the bacon burger that they had with a side of small fries. The food was underwhelming, this is the reason why I don’t eat fast food. The burger wasn’t really juicy, had good quality, taste of fresh.

I can honestly say, today all my food was hot and fresh, EVEN THE FRIES 🍟.. I'm not used to having fries that hot. The way this location utilized the drive thru on the other side is amazing. Great crew!

It's getting better... they have wings that reminds me of Pizza Hut back in the days. 20 wings $22. The staff was friendly. My only critique is the service has to get a little faster. Overall it's much better 😌 ☺️.
Food was great,but the line was long and I was the only one sent to the pick up window that you couldn't even get to because of the drive through line. It was completely blocked! So I sat there because people would not let me pass! Still don't understand why I was the only one sent to the pick up line for a simple burger!
