I was gifted a turtle from Pet Palace just over a year ago. The person who purchased the turtle was told the turtle would "never get any bigger from when you buy him". Unfortunately, a year later and spending a day in and out of the animal hospital resulted in my sweet turtle passing in his sleep. The vet said it seems that he was bred to be "small forever" resulting in genital growth deficiencies and decreasing his life span from 25-30 years down to an undetermined time, which in this case was 1-2 years. I can't speak on their other animals or any of the things they sell, but I can strongly suggest that you do not purchase a turtle from this store unless you are desiring a short-term commitment.

Three times I have been in the store and three times I have been completely disappointed. The first time I bought fish. I bought two females and one male guppies. Of course they were in separate tanks, the two females died within a couple of days and the male lived. I brought them back and he said it must have been my tank even though I have 8 or 10 other guppies in the tank and the other fish was just fine. I came in a second time and bought one male guppy and same thing within two days it died, I didn't even bother coming back because of course it would have been my fault. Fast forward 6 months and the light on the top of my tank breaks I go everywhere in town to get one and of course there are none to be found. My last choice is here, I explained to him that I'm not quite sure if this one will fit and he assures me that it will. I buy it take it home and of course it does not fit. I buy it on Saturday he is closed on Sunday and I bring it back on Monday with the receipt to be told that they don't take returns. On Saturday I told him I was not sure it would fit and I absolutely would not have bought it for $70 if I had known that he would not take returns. I absolutely will not return to the store and I will tell anybody that will listen not to bring their business here! Buyer beware!! This guy is only out for money!

In a Facebook conversation with Natalie Lowell, on a post someone had made, she told that 3D Athletics would be open for Open Play for a Second Saturday event in October 2018. We also discussed how the open play times offered - during the week, during normal business hours - wouldn't work because those were all during times that I also had to work. If you're in a jam, I absolutely recommend giving these guys a call before any others. My boyfriend and I were driving from Arkansas to Florida when we hit something on the road and blew out 2 tires. Not a great way to start a vacation but we gave these guys a call and they made the whole process quick and as painless as possible. Our tow truck driver not only put our car on the truck in record time but he was super friendly and helpful. He recommended where we could get tires and took us right there. Extremely happy with their service!
