Ordered a cobb salad and they didn’t cut the chicken filet up. Not a huge deal, but at $10 for a salad it could atleast be cut. First salad i’ve ordered that was like this, including at other chick fil a locations who routinely cut the chicken up first.

Wheelchair accessibility: Usually very wheelchair accessible. Unsure of the parking but usually parking is hard to do at these locations because they use their when drive-thru with two lines usually hard to park usually.

The last thing is being bias. %99 of Chick-fila-A establishments fulfills their vision and mission statement. The customer service and food quality is incomparable for casual fast food. Bonus tip for you penny pinchers, Chick-fil-A's reward system called Chick-fil-A One is very..........rewarding. No I don't receive any incentives for promoting the app but I wish they do, or do they?! Anyways, time to redeem my morning Chicken Hash Brown Scramble Bowl for 900 points! Very very busy as any Chick-fil-A is but service was fast as always.
my fiancé has gone to this location multiple times to bring me breakfast at work, and he places a mobile order. Somehow, they still can’t get our order right. It’s a bit frustrating since this is the only chick fil a close to us (within 25 minutes).

The workers at this Hattiesburg Chick-fil-A location went above and beyond. My car died in the drive thru this morning and the workers jumped in to help push my car without a second thought. Very kind people and great food.
