This a very busy Chick-fil-A, but it's ran as well as it can be. I do think there should be additional signs to make sure everyone's in the right line or atleast some workers doing a bit of traffic control since so many are already outside.
Chick-fil-A is a frequent stop for us in our travels. in Hattiesburg, we often frequent this one. The bathrooms are clean, the service is always quick and friendly, whether we drop in, or go through the drive thru.
The mobile App makes ordering and pickup a snap, and we are always greeted with smiling friendly faces. As most CFA restaurants, this one can get crowded and busy, but we've never had to wait long to be served.

Love Chick-fil-A and when they make a mistake it’s easily fixed. I do however can’t stand that we don’t get all the sauce we are allowed. For a meal it should be 4 sauces 2 for fries and 2 for sandwich or nuggets. But lately I have been getting 1 or 2 a meal which is annoying since I am a sauce girly.
