Absolutely unacceptable experience—avoid this Chick-fil-A location at all costs.
I work from home and rely on delivery for lunch on busy days. Today (7/23), I ordered an 8-piece nugget meal through the official Chick-fil-A app, complete with extra sauces—something they clearly offer. What I received was a pathetic excuse for a meal. The nuggets were burnt, dry, and stone cold like they had been cooked hours ago and left to dry out under a heat lamp. The fries were stale, cold, and completely inedible. To top it off, not a single sauce was included; despite being requested.
This was not just a minor slip-up—it was a complete failure in quality and customer service. If this location cannot handle basic quality control or fulfill simple requests through their own app they do not deserve your business. Whether you are ordering through DoorDash or directly from Chick-fil-A, do yourself a favor and pick a different location.

I recently had an encounter with team member Lauren . She was so sweet and kind and concerned with the value of my sandwich. My food was cold and I personally watched her take it to the kitchen for a manger to see it and she was not rude about it . WAY TO GO LAUREN

Normally I love this chick fil a! But this last time I came to order my food I asked for my normal 2 honey roasted barbecue and 2 Chick-fil-A for my sandwich and fries. The lady said I could only have 3. Then I asked if I could pay for one more but she said no and was very rude and said I could buy the bottle if I really wanted more. I have never experienced any other chick fil being rude and even limiting how much sauce you could have. Now my sandwich was dry with only the one honey roasted barbecue sauce.😔😔

Slowest restraunt I've ever been to. Guaranteed 10-15 wait everytime. That's a promise. Could be easily get up to 30-45 minutes for a simple order.

Slowest ChikFilA service ever. It’s always a wait. The owner needs to come to this one like he’s at 98 cause 98 ChilFilA would never. Even with cars wrapped around the building. Please help them they need it. Workers just talking and not working
Well that was the first time ever getting really bad food and really bad service at a Chick-fil-a! The chicken was almost black in color the grease was so old. Same for the waffle fries. I would rather take my chances with a Quarter Pounder from McDonald’s with a side of E Coli. My advice to anyone looking at these reviews, take a hard pass on this Chick-fil-a and head over to Subway.

Lack of care, accountability, organization, and questionable sanitation always plays a part in my decision to patronize this particular location. When the food bagger has her gloved hands tucked in and resting on the inside of the waist line of her work pants, it's hard not to assume that she doesn't wash her hands or change her gloves regularly. It's also concerning when you have a runner or floater going and coming from the front to back of the restaurant with gloved hands constantly touching the swing door and that employee doesn't change their gloves before boxing fries.

The atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. The cashier Katie and the customer service she provided was professional. The food wasn’t disappointing!!! I loved how the cheese melted in my mouth with every bite. Even though they forgot to add my pickles. ?
