My granddaughter ordered the prime rib and it was under seasoned and over cooked. (She didn't eat it) Some of the table got refills and some didn't. I didn't. Not impressed with this restaurant 😒

Try out Chili's in Hattiesburg for the first time today. And was given our drinks we asked the waitress for a few minutes to look over the menu. 20 mins later and several time of her walking not one time did she ask if we was ready or even looked our way. So we walked out since it seemed like she didn't want our business. It was not busy at all.

Ordered on-line, was given a time AND was informed that I would receive a text message when the order would be ready. NEVER GOT THAT MESSAGE! There was couple that had the same complaint. Our food was just sitting there and when the waitress was asked about how long it had been sitting, she didn't say anything but it was clear that she had a nonchalant attitude...didn't even offer an apology. Im not good with attitudes so I won't be back! ✌🏾

We have been several times now, always willing to give the benefit of the doubt, and we enjoy Chilis food. But the service at this location is terrible. Very slow, and do not get orders correct. Obviously they have a staffing problem that needs fixing!

Most times service is okay, not phenomenal but decent. Went in 1hr & 10 minutes before close the other week with a friend, was sat and got our order taken. Then the waitress told us she was busy doing her side work and if we would like to cash out so we wouldn't have to wait around for her for the check, we agreed.
Few minutes goes by and she brings us our drinks in to-go cups, said she actually transferred us to to-go (without asking). Would've rather be turned away at the door if I knew they were closing a little over an hour early (probably just the waitress wanting to leave early). When we left with our food, we saw tables that had gotten sat after us in other waitress's sections getting drinks in dine-in cups & appetizers so I'm sure it was just that waitress.

I Gotta give these guys a straight down in the middle review. Some of the workers are awesome, but some of the other ones can be rude as hell, especially at the to go desk. You were hired on for customer service, not to bring an attitude into work or play on your phone. DEI hires, I assume🤦♂️
Anybodies food is great when they pride good cooks/chefs. This was my first time at chili's and food was good but not great In comparison to...let's say long horn.
