The service was awesome. I appreciate the special menu that they have for the Veterans each year. I had the chicken quesadilla. I added the loaded mac & cheese and the Wicked margarita and it was great. Thanks again for everything.

I might be spelling her name wrong but the young lady Tanhya in ToGo was amazing, knowledgeable and professional!
After flying all day, I was tried but she made my call in Togo order easy! When I picked my food up I spilled my drink and she made me a new drink quickly and refused to let me clean it up! She didn’t make me feel guilty either!
I wish she had a survey I could fill out because I would’ve filled out 100 and given her 5 stars! Very sweet girl!

My granddaughter ordered the prime rib and it was under seasoned and over cooked. (She didn't eat it) Some of the table got refills and some didn't. I didn't. Not impressed with this restaurant 😒

Try out Chili's in Hattiesburg for the first time today. And was given our drinks we asked the waitress for a few minutes to look over the menu. 20 mins later and several time of her walking not one time did she ask if we was ready or even looked our way. So we walked out since it seemed like she didn't want our business. It was not busy at all.

Ordered on-line, was given a time AND was informed that I would receive a text message when the order would be ready. NEVER GOT THAT MESSAGE! There was couple that had the same complaint. Our food was just sitting there and when the waitress was asked about how long it had been sitting, she didn't say anything but it was clear that she had a nonchalant attitude...didn't even offer an apology. Im not good with attitudes so I won't be back! ✌🏾
