My granddaughter's second birthday was here. She had a blast. That was what was most important. They were not prepared for us to when they arrived. The table was not ready. The hostess who was supposed to help us was Mia majority of the time. I being the grandmother clean the table for the cake. When the manager came over and I said asked were supposed to have a hostess with our table. I said well we haven't had one. Goes towards the end the party. We finally had a hostess that was big disappointment because I know my daughter paid for help. I personally would have asked for a major discount. She did not get what she paid for. I will be reaching out corporate
Alaina was amazing at covering the front desk and simultaneously covering the prizes and was so helpful and great spirit.
Multiple of the games did not give you the tickets that you “won”. We hit 15-20 but it would only give you 6-9 depending on the game. We travel and hit chuckecheeses as a family and the place was great but sucks we were being shorted tickets.

It was extremely busy, but overall a decent Chuck E. Cheese. It took about 7 minutes to get our passes, and then another 10 minutes at the ticket counter before someone finally came to help us. Several employees saw us standing there and didn’t say anything — no “someone will be right with you,” nothing. It actually took the manager physically guiding an employee to the counter to get us helped, like no one wanted to deal with it.
Chuck E. did come out, but only for the birthday party that was going on, which felt wrong.
Dallas CEC is still the best one I’ve been to. This one would probably be second .
