First time in Compadres. The service and atmosphere were really good. I ate the Enchiladas Verde... delicious! The chicken was shredded nicely and was juicy; the Verde sauce was nice too! I will definitely be back in here!

BEWARE OF COMPADRES MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN OAK GROVE! Went in yesterday to have drinks with a friend and they over charged my card by $50.00! Went to speak with them and they could have cared less…didn’t want to pull my receipt so I could prove my case. Eventually, he did. And he clearly saw where they had overcharged me. Then he looks me dead in my face and says “Take it up with your bank.”🤷♀️ So folks pay attention to what they are charging you!!! I will never again darken their doorway! They have seen the last dollar out of me!!🤬🤬

Ordered a large cheese dip 2 bags of chips $15. Son got home with the smallest cheese dip. I called back that was a joke. She said sorry sorry and hung up after I asked for manager. Will stick with my normal place.

There were no Sopas but on the menu. My chile relleno was disappointing. It was just a pepper stuffed with chile and warmed on a grill. That is not cooked properly. Chimis are also not grilled.
