Great idea, typically love these, but WAY too much syrup. All the ice cream is at the bottom and the cup is 1/3 straight syrup. Also would suggest not getting sour, as someone else said it taste like a kool-aid packet with no sugar

My kids love these snowballs! There are so many flavors and add-ons to choose from, and all the ladies who work there are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!

So sad to see how the service and quality has gone down over the years. Ice is chunky not smooth like a snowball and hardly any syrup. We wasted $26 on ice chunks after waiting 45 min.
