To be perfectly honest, the food is OK for it's price. If you're on a budget then cookout has it's value. You get a decent amount of food for what you pay. It's only a place I would go if I wanted to be cheap on food.

My hamburger was good but the fries weren't very good however I'm sure if I had asked they would have made some fresh for me. They were very friendly. If you're eating inside eat quickly because the restaurant was so cold that my food got cold very quickly.

Now I know!Overcooked cheap crinkle fries.Positives: Good flavor. Reminded me of flame broiled like Burger King. Good service.

Very affordable price but: the food taste and feel terrible, and the customer service has a tendency of putting whatever they feel like in your order, regardless of what you say. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in it.
Charged me $72 and left out 3 sandwiches. Said they couldn’t hear me over my hybrid engine (no sound). All items were correct on receipt but missing from bag. And was charged twice.
