We had the BEST waitress SABRINA is what GREAT customer service is about . She is so down To earth and made my visit there wonderful. Because of her GREAT service we will be returning real soon. Sabrina needs a RAISE. THANK YOU LADY FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE

The rice was not cooked throughly. The onions in the pot roast must have been very old. You could not chew them up.

This was my worst experience at Cracker Barrel. Understanding it was a couple days before Thanksgiving, but seriously. I came to the restaurant and ordered to go. 25 minutes, okay. 1 hour 4 minutes later. Received my meal. Ordered chicken dippers with 2 sides. Only received 1. Cashier had the receipt showing they were out of broccoli and didn't ask what I wanted to replace with. Just gave me the 1 side when I paid for 2. Ordered a $5 extra that never came with the pecan sauce. Very disappointed from this location 😒

Asked for Chicken fried steak with white gravy over top, Mashed potatoes had brown gravy instead of white gravy I asked for. The chicken fry was dry. Won't be going there again

We travel a lot and Cracker Barrel is our daughter's FAVORITE stop so we eat there a lot! This is one of the best meals we have ever had at one and the service from Theresa was AMAZING! Don't forget you can get in line on the app!! Great feature!
