Unique flavors but hit or miss

Since I arrived in the city for my vacation I have visited it and tried each one of their very rich cookies, the flavor is delicious, this morning I visited it with my brother and tried the New York cheesecake cookie. What gave me a bad taste in my mouth was the rude attention of the person who served me. I said hello twice and both times she just looked at me and said, "Do you want help?" When I finished ordering, she threw the box next to me without saying anything else. It's a shame. Anyway, thank you. I will try not to come back during the rest of my vacation, at least not when she is serving me.

Good customer service but they did not greet me when I walked in but really loved it!

I ordered the St. Patrick's Day cookie, and when I got home, the cookie didn't have its topping. It was just a simple cookie without it. I was disappointed.

Went in today. No one spoke to us. We ordered on the tablet. They gave us our order, my son said “Thank You” and the employee said nothing. Awful customer service for overpriced cookies.

workers watched us drop cookie and us clean it up. i don’t think it’s their responsibility to clean it or give us a new one but it was weird that they just stared
