This strawberry cheesecake is everything I could ever want it to be. Sweet, but balanced. Crust is perfect! The puree seals the deal on this treat being incredible! There's nothing negative I can say about this cheesecake. I'm glad it's personal size. It's just enough for you to enjoy in a setting or two, without worrying about going back to the fridge at midnight totally blowing your diet. Love it!
