We normally have good experiences here, but this time, I ordered the chicken tender basket through the drive through. The toast was not in it :( and the food just tasted off. Definitely not worth the money this visit🫠

Ordered four different ice creams, sat down and the cashier brought out three, we looked and she had only charged for three so we went back and bought the fourth. After waiting and everyone finishing we decided to cancel the fourth since we were ready to leave. The incompetent and unconcerned cashier ( very apathetic, and not at all friendly) asked someone where it was this whole time and another apathetic and unconcerned worker say “ no one came and got it, so I put it on the bottom shelf”. No one ever let us know our order was ready, which is quite possibly due to the unconcerned and apathetic cashier being away from the counter. We just told them to trash it because we didn’t want melted ice cream from the bottom shelf. Please stop hiring workers who don’t care and your business will do better, I just left a locally owned small restaurant and the service is impeccable.

Visited this DQ for a quick lunch. Not busy during this noon visit. My husband and I both ordered the $ 7 meal deals. I had the cheeseburger and my husband ordered the chicken strips meals. Fries were GREAT. The cheeseburger was very ho-hum. A single patty with cheese, pickles, ketchup. The chicken strip meal with white gravy was good.

Banana split was so full of ice cream there was barely room for syrups. Was quoted one price at the order sign and another at the window. When asked about the difference the guy stated the price again and I told husband ask for a receipt. Suddenly the price was quoted price. 🤔
Order a mint cookie blizzard got a hardly mixed green gel looking cup with NO cookies. Turned around and got a refund.
