It only gets a 3☆ because of customer service and the atmosphere.The lack of stars is because no hot water for a shower.. I stopped to take a nice shower while waiting for the receiver to open, and found this place. Low and behold, the water was just hot long enough to get wet.. I couldent even lather myself because the water was immediately ice cold. If they fix the lack of hot water problem, I would have no problem giving 5☆.

#1) The lot is not very organized (lined) so everyone just parks wherever/however they want. That can be dangerous.#2)NO HOT WATER!!!I was so ready for a good shower ? ?. They could've at least warned me. ⚠️#3) I'm not a huge germaphobe but I do like the table I'm gonna eat on to be halfway clean. I spilled some sugar so I wiped it up & this is how dirty the table was. (See photos)I know this is a Mom & Pop place, but we can do better.Customer service was great ?. Awesome menu items. Breakfast all day. Food was delicious ?. All in all, not bad. I will come back.Not mad at ya.

We have been twice for breakfast and it was really good. The staff is so friendly! We have had the same waitress both times and she is the sweetest! The lady who runs the kitchen wanted us to sample her chicken alfredo that she had just cooked for thr lunch special and it was awesome! Not kidding, that alfredo was the best alfredo that I have ever eaten.

The food is good just don’t expect them to answer the phone when you call to order. I called four times on my way and got no answer. Once I got there the lady who took my order stood there listening to it ring as did her coworkers. It would have been understandable had they been busy but given they weren’t it was a little bothersome.

This review is for the cafe. Sleepy (yes that’s her name) has amazing customer service. She greets everyone that comes in and correctly takes people’s orders quickly. The food was hot and delicious. I always stop here when I’m in the area.

Stopped here for a pick up close by, all I can say is AWESOME, a proper old school ma and pa truck stop. Food was fantastic, ordered the Western Omelet, and struggled with it (massive).If you need a place to stop for your ten or half hour and your near this place, do it you wont be disappointed. Kudos to keeping it old school..

They've got great food but good luck getting any of it. I sat in there for almost 30 minutes and had only my drink order taken not brought to me. I now have to spend extra (because I can't go anywhere) to order delivery. Thank you dan's truck stop! Make sure you have food before you get here because the restaurant won't serve you. even if you sit and stare at the front counter sit right in front of it and look at everybody! Update I decided to see if it was the morning crew that was giving me an issue. Turns out that's the case. Was told that the morning manager is pathetic at her job and hired only her friends so they can sit around and get paid without working for it. So if you want breakfast from this place I suggest coming in during lunch and ordering it. Even though my dinner service is good my 1 star will remain until there is staff changes to the morning shift.

I've been coming here for 22 years. Everything on the menu is good, but I always stop and go out of my way for the porkchop dinner. Great fast service, friendly people, awesome food, clean store...I can't say enough about how great this place is to stop at!!!!

This is an old mom and pop style truckstop from the old days. It is relatively clean and a good place to stop. I can recommend it, it is not a loves by any means but it is a place that you’ll be happy you had to stop if you need to use it.

Really great food cooked with LOVE!Southern laid back atmosphere to unwind for Truckers.Get a side of fried Okra..recommended by my fellow local customers.No flies in here, but you'll need a light jacket.Get here early to get a parking space for your rig.Thank Jesus before eating for our WONDERFUL country!I'm so grateful for Jesus.
