I ordered at around 540 pm and they didn’t start making my order until around 633 pm. When the food arrived at about 700 pm it was just slightly warm not hot at all.

We ordered about 70 bucks worth of pizza back around Christmas and waited an hour and there was no progress on our order according to the tracker. We called and they said they didn’t have anybody to deliver it so they didn’t make it. That would have been fine, except they didn’t bother calling and telling us that. They just had us waiting on our food with apparently no intentions of calling and letting us know we wouldn’t be getting it anytime soon. When we called to cancel the order there was no apology or anything. I contacted the home office via email and they sent a voucher for a free one topping. The voucher was accompanied by a letter with this backhanded “apology” that emphasized that they were hiring and that I could join their team. It was in poor form especially considering their lack of communication was the cause of the complaint, not them being short staffed. All it would have taken was a phone call saying “We’re sorry, your order has been delayed due to staffing shortages.” Apparently that’s too much.EDIT: In case it’s too hard for you to understand, soliciting your unhappy customers for employment is tacky and in poor taste. When a customer contacts you about YOU dropping the ball, you don’t counter by asking them to work for you, which from the way this place is run, I would never even if I weren’t a gainfully employed adult. I don’t need your free pizza or a job from you. I’ll just take my money to a company that values their customers better. Period.

They have gotten ridiculous on the charges for the two pizza specials....from $10 & something to $14 dollara & aomething. That might be the only thing a parent can efford for her kids to eat or a homeless person can buy to eat or someone to buy so they can eat.

Called in an order at 5:35pm. Called twice around 6:45pm to check on order. Was put on hold 15min first call and person on second call just set the phone down until I hung up 10min later. Some girl called me from my driveway at 8:25pm to ask if she was at the right house. They suck

We order pizza that looked like it had been dropped then the delivery drive dropped the marina pasta right in front of me and said its fine it has a lid in the process of being very rude. Called the store where they were willing to remake my order but said it would be a while for delivery it was already 5 10pm at this point with 5 hungery children waiting for dinner. I have never been treated so bad by dominos before. Here are so pics of how pizza arrived. Never got fixed and feed my kids something else very disappointing ?

I have been a Domino's customer for a long time and always enjoy the food. This Dominos location is experiencing serious issues with its business. I have had several issues with this location over the last couple of months. I ordered delivery last night and it took 2 hours to get the food. When I called, there were only 2 staff members at the store and they explained the severity of their staffing issues. The staff always explained how they have been asking Dominos for help and they haven't helped. I feel bad for the current staff at this location that their work culture is this bad.Dominos, you need to step it up and make it happen. If you're having severe staffing issues, maybe try to offer a higher rate of pay to provide more incentives for employees. Stop being cheap and trying to improve your bottom line. Make it right for you long-term customers and your employees.MAKE IT RIGHT!

Every single time I get disappointed with this location, I opt to give it another chance, and I continue to get disappointed even further. I ordered an hour ago and noticed that my pizza tracker hasn't moved since prep. I called to ask about the status of my order, and was told it would take 2-3 hours for it to be ready and they were out of sauce for my tots and chicken. I opted to just cancel my order. I'm done giving this location chances, it disappoints me every single time. It's really disappointing.

Waited an hour with no word from store, called and was told it would be an additional 2 hours. It’s becoming regular to wait upwards of 2 hours for your food from this location, with no advance notice. Had happened to us the last 4 orders. Won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered pizza using app. App pizza pizza tracker indicated pizza was ready for pick. When I arrived at pick-up window, I was told pizza wasn’t ready and I waited another 20 minutes for just 1 pizza.
