Friday at 10AM they are closed. Few weeks ago on a Tuesday at 10AM was also closed. Phone number says disconnected. No posted hours on the outside of the building or anywhere on a sign. There’s a QR code to scan to view hours but the link makes you sign up with your email before you can view anything. Advertised hours are 7:30 - 2 Monday - Friday.

Always busy around lunch time. Had an issue regarding a potential allergen in a sauce, was told there were no dairy/egg in it. I looked it up on the website and it did in fact have egg.

Decent bagels not quite a real new york bagel but close enough if not in New york
Always a great location to visit for students, faculty, and staff. The staff are always nice and happy to see you especially as you become more and more of a regular. It also makes me wish there were more bagel shops in hattiesburg in the midtown area that were open during summer or on weekends for an enjoyable breakfast bagel Early in the morning.

Why doesnt someone answer the phone? Believe it or not, people who have lived other places LOVE the bagels, but unless you're a USM student, we can't find it!!! ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I get a woman's voicemail, and she doesn't say the business name. I even double checked the number!! Difficult to place an order with no phone line.

Great coffee, tasty bagels, and friendly staff. One of my favorite places in the area to grab a cup of regular coffee at a decent price. The Hazelnut Vanilla and the Christmas blend are delicious!
