The chicken was good. We ordered teriyaki, spicy zax, regular zax, hot honey mustard, and regular honey mustard sauces. But they only gave us hot zax sauce and regular honey mustard sauce. Went back through the drive through to get the right sauces, and they handed us the wrong ones again. We eventually got what we order, but apparently it wouldn't have mattered because all of the sauces were either too salty or simply underwhelming. The hot zax sauce was the only palatable one. The Cole slaw and fries were okay. All around, kind of a meh experience.

The food was delicious, however the customer service was not so great. For starters the staff left the kitchen door open, so it was in the way of the bathroom. Second, they gave me the wrong amount of chicken tenders so I had to go back and ask for another one. And some people were goofing off, not giving all of their attention to the customers. So the food was great but the workers need to straighten up.

Absolutely horrible service and the atmosphere! I stood at the front for a good 5 minutes the manager and and employees kept walk by and not a single employee even said anything. I explain to them I had an order to pick up and the manager said they dont have an order and walked away. I explain that the order got sent here and its only 2 drinks. She said she's not giving me anything because its not on their screen. I asked if she could look in the system and she refused too do so. Never in my life.

The service was absolutely terrible today. They only had one person running the register and I line orders. It took 45 minutes for our order to be taken. They completely ignored the long line inside. It was pitiful. The food was excellent.
