I’m so disappointed. I’m from out of state staying in a hotel with no car while my husband works and they forget items in my order. I had no way to replace it and when I tried to call to get a refund they kept passing me around employee to employee and never GAVE me a manager. So unprofessional. Stop stealing people’s money.

Love it, I've never liked turkey, cooked anyway. I was staying with my son and his family and we went to firehouse subs. My son and I were splitting a club sub but I told my son to leave the turkey off of my half. He talked me into trying it, needless to say I'm hooked. If they cooked a whole turkey and it tasted like that, I'd buy it for Thanksging or Christmas. Best sushi anywhere around!!!

Food was great, just like all the Firehouses I've ever been to. Someone had placed an order for 30+ sandwiches right in front of a couple of people that only order singles and it would have been nice if they would have made some of the smaller order in-between the big order to keep people moving since the lady with the bigger order had said she wasn't in a hurry and was expecting to be leaving after some of the others.
