I don’t know what it is about this place but if you place an app order, you better check your food before you leave. This is my third and final time that I’ve ordered food here. Each time food was ordered via the app, it was incorrect upon eating it back home. I live about 60 miles round trip from this place so I can’t just take it back. If you mark no “whatever” whoever is making the sub apparently thinks that mean to add it and leave off something else instead. You’re reading a receipt!!!! How do you screw that up?? Tonight I asked for no pickles again and once again they are drowned in pickles and pickle juice. Two of the four people here have pickle allergies, into the trash they went. On top of that, three of the four sandwiches had no cheese on them. How do you forget cheese?? Only one sandwich was done correctly. (Edit: it was eaten the next day and it too was missing extra onions and the cheese at least there were no pickles on it) They also added a few slices of onion per sub even though extra onions were ordered. I was promised a refund the first time this happened yet only received half of one. The second time we ordered in the store and had all issues corrected before we left. Yes, they screwed them up even though we were standing right there in front of them. Tonight was the third and final time. Tried to call and speak to someone and their number listed online is a Verizon cell phone number that doesn’t work and the Firehouse website lists a North Carolina number that just constantly rang.

I ordered a catering order for my son's birthday. It was 14 of us. In addition to the 10 deluxe box and added a couple more items just to be sure we would have enough. When I got there they had everything packed and ready. It was all sorted and so neat. The help me carry it all out and were so nice. My entire order was perfect. Nothing was missing all fresh and exactly like I ordered. Thanks so much and just know you have a customer for life!
