Fuzzy s is one of my favorites in Texas but it's not as good in Ms

I ordered on door dash. It was so good I had to come here and leave a positive review. My food was just what I ordered and it was still hot. I got the quesadillas and a tortilla. Both were amazing!

This place looked fun and I usually like Baja style Mexican food, but it seems like a place more oriented toward drinking and hanging out than eating good food. I ordered chips and queso and a grilled steak burrito. The queso was thin like what you might get on baseball stadium nachos and after I ate the three or four whole chips on top of the basket, the rest were tiny crumbs, when the server brought my burrito I asked her for more chips. The burrito was small and not great. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I usually don't eat somewhere if it's not good, but I am visiting here and I don't know the places to avoid.

Poor customer service, the guy with the red hair with glasses got a attitude with me when I was ordering my food but wasn’t been rude to other customers that wasn’t my color !

Terrible experience. Ordered takeout and my husband got back with the food and they forgot my WHOLE meal. He ate without me that night and being from Texas, staying in a hotel, with nowhere else opened really after 9-10pm I had extremely limited options. I told him I’ll probably go hungry tonight, that’s if I don’t eat from a convenient store. I called the store even though they had closed since he went to pick it up and they REFUSED to give me my bowl that I already paid for and was already made. I said “you can’t just hand me my food through the door?” And the man refused and said no. I don’t care if you’re closed, it was made and paid for and you simply just have to hand it over, he was obviously still in store.
I truly believe they probably gave my bowl away or some part of the staff ate it. Such a terribly operated business and unprofessional.
Although the man offered to give me a replacement next day and a gift card for the inconvenience, I have yet received it so I will update.

Let me also say my queso was the wateriest queso I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was FALLING off my chips and not edible and disgusting. Just completely disappointed with the quality of my experience with Fuzzy’s.

Edit: I did receive a gift card the next day that covered the meal I paid for. I appreciate the team for compensating the situation.

Staff was great.. drinks wete strong and cold. Food was good. Even bought my daughter a shirt. Give them a try...

It was eh. Not authentic. The kids meals had rice and chicken which were both too spicy for my kids and my Barbacoa taco was so greasy and oily. I won’t be back
