Gold Post Sandwich House fired a person experiencing housing insecurity citing “unstable housing” as the only reason. Not attendance issues, not performance…simply found out someone was dealing with housing insecurity and fired them. The fact that it’s legal doesn’t make it morally acceptable. I would encourage anyone with morals and human decency to boycott this establishment

I went through the drive-through at 2PM. Bought 3 poboys and asked for red sauce. Got my poboys and went home. Opened them up, no red sauce. Called and told them. An employee said, "Sorry about that, the drive thru usually messes this stuff up." Transferred me to the manager, to which he told me, " I've written your name down. When you come back through, you can get some red sauce." I told him I lived 45 minutes away and wouldn't make it back to Hattiesburg today. He was speechless. Like, what's the point of getting the sauce another day, once I've already eaten the poboy?Needless to say, I'm upset. The management and employees (those working the drive thru) need to be fired. The only reason I gave them one star is because the food was pretty good.

Inside looks lovely, it a warm and cozy atmosphere. LOVEY staff, food was quick and delicious. Kids and adults won't be disappointed. I hope y'all have a great experience like I did. Hattiesburg is where it's at!!!!!

The server was very polite and sweet. The service was fast and simple. I'd definitely recommend to my family to go here. The food was very delicious and the food affordable. The played really good music while we ate. The atmosphere is warm and comfy, very inviting and great for the whole family.

Ordered the Shrimp Gumbo and 6" Shrimp Po boy. Delicious! It's the best in Hattiesburg! The service was great. I highly recommend Gold Post.

My first time coming here and I can't wait to go back. The food was excellent. The tables were extremely clean and the service was exemplary. I got the chicken club and it was so delicious and made fresh. We also got an order of the cheese sticks and they were some of the best I have had in a very long time.
