They have a sign up that says “Wednesday only 1/2 price dairy and nondairy small milkshakes.” I ask about their nondairy options and they say they don’t have nondairy ice cream. I point at their sign that is hand written and ask again and they just say we don’t have nondairy ice cream. Not even an acknowledgment about their sign or an apology for the incorrect information. Poor customer service. Also, no dye free options.

Visited this place for the first time with my husband and three kids on a Friday evening. I took the kids straight to the bathroom because they had to go. First thing I noticed was the filthy bathroom. It was really gross, I was surprised. Then when we walked out to the front, I couldn’t help but notice the dirty floor and walls. One can only think that if it’s this dirty in the front of the house, the back of the house must be the same or worse. And many years working in foodservice can validate those feelings 😅 Doesn’t make you feel good eating at a place with thoughts like that.

The worker was sweet. The ice cream was good. We ordered two of the small cups for our toddlers (3 and 2 years old). We were expecting just one scoop or so but it ended up being close to three. Way more than we really wanted. Total was $23 for two small cups, a waffle cone, and a shake. We would have preferred smaller serving sizes with a cheaper total, but ehh, I’m more worried about cleanliness.

Hope management and employees can stay on top of the cleanliness! That is top priority! We don’t have many ice cream places in Hattiesburg and I’d like this one to stay around! The vibes were nice in there. I liked the chalk board for the kids. With a change in lighting on the dining side (not so bright and LED) and a jukebox, we could really have some fun!

Service was rude .. they had no clear menu and my family and I had never been in the place . The employee was rude after we weren’t sure he said “first time in here “ we said “yes” he said “oh that makes sense “ in a rude way at 4 pm on a Saturday. We will not be going back !

Delicious. But just FYI, this is a single scoop (with marshmallows). I just wished they had Cinnamon Toast Crunch as a topping like said on the topping menu. But everything was great!

Fantastic experience! I’m in town from Atlanta for USM graduation and went out of my way to experience only local restaurants. The ice cream here was fantastic, with very generous portions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire facility was clean and comfortable. This shop was exactly the small-town local vibe I was hoping to find on my trip! 10/10 recommend!

Ordered a kids scoop and they squeezed four large scoops in a cup. Ended up being too much ice cream for me, but you definitely get bang for your buck

Some good ice-cream

The ice cream is good and the service is friendly but the facility was disgusting. No napkins, which wouldn’t be too bad except they overfill the cups to a comical degree so it melts down the sides and got all over the tables and floors. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage so it was stacked on top and along the nearest tables. And then the topper was the boys restroom was out of order, so my son had to use the girls which was also gross. Again overfilled garbage and no paper towels.

Ice cream is fantastic & delicious!! The young man working last night by himself around 7-7:30 was the absolute best!!! He had a smile on his face even with the large groups of people whole came in!! He deserves a raise or big bonus!!

The perfect place to end an evening with family or friends. Delicious selection of ice cream flavors and lots of both indoor and outdoor seating. We will be back often!
