If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would because this location does not deserve any. Me and my husband were placed at a tiny table clearly meant for one person, not a couple. When we politely asked to move to a table with enough room for our food, the head server told us we could “take our food and leave” or we could “just leave.” That was completely disrespectful. We came in after a long work week hoping to sit down and enjoy breakfast together instead we were talked to like we were a problem. I got up and walked out, leaving the untouched food right there. The only thing I paid for were our drinks so I could still tip our server, because she was the only person who treated us kindly and tried her best to help. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Management and staff need serious retraining because the way we were treated was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location until major changes are made, and I will tell everyone I know to stay far away.

When I walk in at 10am there was a line out the door. I was thinking they was waiting to be seated the line was to long for them to be want to make reservations. When I made it to the counter a waitress there ignores me (tattooed both arms) then after counting her money walk off. Then some one come back ask me if they can help then everyone behind me start yelling they was there first. It my grand baby birthday and I did not want to have her in that kind of atmosphere. It's a busy place I get that but you still got to treat your customer good.I have always enjoyed I-Hop breakfast but today when all i want was to celebrate my grandbaby birthday with her favorite pancakes it was made into a difficult situation.

Typically packed, parking lot too small for amount of patrons in and out. People drive recklessly in and out cutting people off in normal traffic. Food not as great as it could be. Service for dashers is long wait times as we are treated secondary to patrons in resturant. Have had 1 hour long wait times.

Had breakfast here and received excellent service from Hazel. She was very pleasant and attentive. I ordered the Spinach and Mushroom Omelet with added sausage. It was delicious and it was nicely plated with bits of tomato and cheese shreds for garnish which was nice compared to most places where they just throw the omelet on the plate and that's it. The cook definitely succeeded in producing a delicious meal that was also pleasing to the eye. All in all, an excellent experience!

Location is directly across the street from University of Southern MS so there's always a wait as the dining room is not very large. Wait staff are very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. Ordered buttermilk pancakes; omelet with cheese, roasted tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, bacon which was enough for 2 people to share; grits, hash rows, bacon, sausage links, ham, coffee, and milk.
Hazel W was absolutely amazing! We are making the trip from Texas to Tennessee and stopped in late evening for some dinner. She was the only one seating people in serving but she knocked it out of the park! We felt like we were back home in a familiar IHOP with familiar faces because she was so warm and greeted us so cheerfully! It didn't feel fake or anything you can tell that she absolutely loves doing what she's doing! If we are ever in the area we will definitely be stopping back in here and requesting her!
