THE WORKERS THERE CAN NOT MAKE A SIMPLE ORDER YOU ASK THEM TO!!! You asked for iced caramel frappe they will blend the ice!! They got my order wrong and told me that I could keep the wrong drink and they would provide another for me … well they CHARGED ME FOR BOTH OF THOSE DRINKS FOR $11 … I noticed it and told them and they said that they would give me a refund for one of the drinks… well 2 MONTHS LATER STILL NO REFUND.. unless you want your hard earned money stolen from you and consistent wrong orders then I suggest to not go here!!!!!!!!!!

Needed a morning “pick me up” ordered a white chocolate mocha with half and half and a lemon cranberry muffin and a caramel frappe with a blueberry muffin for my daughter. Both drinks make perfect. Muffins were fresh and warm. There were a couple cars in line on both sides but were in and out quick. The girl at the window was sweet. Oak Grove location will always be my favorite spot.

My room mate made a pick up order for us and it was about four drinks but she made it at home and had us pick it up, and we pulled up when there was absolutely no line and told them we have a mobile order. They slammed the window in our face and then proceeded to give us our drinks and say “just so you know, you need to give us more time next time instead of just driving up after placing your pick up order.” ?? And waste your time more by ordering five drinks when it would be easier to just send it your way? It was very unnecessary and rude.

Very friendly attitude & good quick service & good prices to match
Lately the drinks haven't been properly made, and feels like the people there have no interest in working. They're polite, but they struggle with simple things like blending a frozen coffee into a consistency that isn't chunks of ice, or adding the right amount of flavor. We were about ready to give up on going here at all, it was getting so bad. However, this afternoon, there was a guy we hadn't seen before and everything was great! Perfect flavor, properly blended, and service was fast. Someone give that guy a promotion and a raise, because the rest of the employees should be following his example.
