Needed a morning “pick me up” ordered a white chocolate mocha with half and half and a lemon cranberry muffin and a caramel frappe with a blueberry muffin for my daughter. Both drinks make perfect. Muffins were fresh and warm. There were a couple cars in line on both sides but were in and out quick. The girl at the window was sweet. Oak Grove location will always be my favorite spot.

Lately the drinks haven't been properly made, and feels like the people there have no interest in working. They're polite, but they struggle with simple things like blending a frozen coffee into a consistency that isn't chunks of ice, or adding the right amount of flavor. We were about ready to give up on going here at all, it was getting so bad. However, this afternoon, there was a guy we hadn't seen before and everything was great! Perfect flavor, properly...

My experience here is always heart warming ! When you pull in & there’s 4/5 cars in the drive thru EVERY TIME , you know the experience, food, etc is going to be great ! I overall love it !

Kid-friendliness: My daughter always get a white chocolate frappe & she loves it. It does not give her shakes & it is enough to share with her brother.
