The music is good, but they play it way too loud. The place gets very crowded and there is limited seating. They do have a sign by the DJ booth that says no drinks on the dance floor, but I continuosly saw people taking their drinks and cigarettes on the dance floor. The dance floor is a good size, but needs to be sanded down smooth because now it is uneven and is a trip hazard. For some reason there are regularly 6 or more people moving in and out of the bar/grill area. ???

I took my daughter there for her 30, bday., .It was wonderful, very nice bartenders and even the regular locals that fregent there. 2 pool tables with surprisingly straight sticks, and a awesome selection of music.. nice size dance floor, and very clean bathrooms, Very friendly people and authentic rustic theam, also has a DJ and karaoke..

I feel at home when I go to John's bc they treat me like family. Last Ride held a benefit there for me due to having breast cancer. Since then John and Carrie have become like family to me and I love going there plus they have great food and great music.
