Was seated pretty quickly which was awesome but once seated was never addressed again. People that came in after us were seated, waited on, brought their food, the whole while we were still waiting for a server to acknowledge us. After a 25 minute wait we decided to leave. The worst thing a food business can do is never acknowledge the customer.

Dear K&B West bartenders I was pleasantly surprised to see Pappy Van Winkle on the menu. I went up to the bar to order 4 shots. After 5 minutes standing at the bar that was not busy, 4 people walked behind the bar but never asked me if I wanted anything, so I left. I willl leave it to you to figure out how much tip you lost on 4 shots of Pappy.

Love the waiting area with all the different Taps on the walls. The other decor is cool too. So many choices for drinks. Favorite meal is Redfish with cheese grits and sub of glazed Brussel Sprouts.
