I guess it's just normal at this location to lie to the customer's face that everything is in the bag. Every time there's something missing. I wonder how much money this location has stolen from customers by just not giving them their entire meal?

This location owes me an apple pie popper for every order I've ever placed. I just learned today it's supposed to be in the meal I order, was told I would get them this time, then got home and they're not in the bag. Crazy that I've never even seen an apple pie popper. Didn't even know what it is and I order from the famous fill up menu every single order I place. I've still never seen one! Between that and the Nashville hot going away, I don't really see a reason to return here.

I absolutely love the pledge for hospitality, but absolutely no one can speak to my cacasian friend both entering and leaving. As an African American person, I am well aware of the history we have with each other, but this is ridiculous. As a clocked-in individual, regardless of your color, creed, or class, it's value more to everyone to speak and just be civil. If we wanted to be treated well as a people, we must first set the example.

I usually don’t like my food touching each other. However, the KFC bowls are perfect!! I love them! It’s a great combination of mashed potatoes, corn, chicken, & gravy. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and I enjoyed my lunch before heading to work.
