Me and my family went to eat for lunch and after we ordered they were running out of food items not only did it take up to 30 min for us to get our food when it was no long line and only two people was waiting behind us and people behind us got their food before my man got his and my food was horrible I got the kfc bowl no gravy and all the corn in it mostly. Popeyes more busier then they are and they still give our food to us quick and fresh . I only like the bowl at KFC but yall never have to worry about me and my family coming back again ever ! 0/0 everything !

I ordered a bucket of chicken then Immediately changed my mind because I was only feeding 2 of us. So I asked for 2, 3 piece chicken meals instead. I immediately got the looks to go to hell. Because I changed my order. and then when I got my order. They only put five pieces of chicken, one biscuit, and two sides when I clearly order two extra sides to go with it. I didn't even know it till I got home and had to call corporate to complain. I will not go back to this k f c

The service here is good, but the food... About a month ago, I stopped in on my way home from work. I get off work at 9pm, and I was hungry and decided it get enough for several meals. When I got home and took the chicken out, it was so overcooked, so dry, and the crust tasted burnt. It's never really been perfect, but usually isn't this bad. I sent a message to KFC corporate, letting them know I was not happy with what I had paid for, but never received any kind of acknowledgement from them at all, so I figured I would just leave a review here to warn others. Spend your money elsewhere! You are going to regret giving this location your money.

The 2nd worst KFC I have ever been to! Maricopa, Arizona has the #1 spot. This location has poor management and staff and are very slow. They always get your order wrong and they are always out of something. This time we received white meat instead of dark that we ordered and they were out of sweet tea. The original chicken was just as greasy as the crispy fried chicken if not greasier. On top of that my mac and cheese was cold! The staff is really loud and cut up and laugh constantly which makes the atmosphere not very enjoyable. They have a different manager each time I visit. They really should just shut this location down if they can't do any better! We'll, this time did it for me, I'm done and won't be back. If I were you I would avoid this place like the plague!

I literally went to the KFC on Broadway and they were out of chicken. They told me they were out of chicken after they collect my money, but then they kindly gave me a refund. I go to the KFC in Oak Grove and tell them about my experience. And they told me they have chicken so I pulled up to window. Five minutes later I’m getting a refund because they don’t have chicken cooked. Would not recommend anyone going to KFC on Broadway or oakgrove.

No one greeted us as we walked in. Despite a lady standing behind the register. When me boyfriend said he was waiting on us she walked away.The employees were loud talking trash to each other. Once we decided and we're ready to order no one was at the register. So we stood there patiently waiting. Finally an elderly man (customer) had walked up to the counter and asked us if we had been helped we replied no and thankfully he hollered at the "staff" for us that they had customers. Finally someone came up and took our order. My daughter ordered a two piece dinner extra crispy. They said they didn't have any wings it would be twelve minutes. Despite there being what appeared to look like over done chicken in the warmers. All the booths by the windows closest to the drink station were all dirty. Each booth had crumbs in the seat and or table. I went up to the counter to ask for napkins to clean out the booth so we could set there. no one came back up to the counter. So we brushed the crumbs off and sat down. Our dine in food was given to us In a to go bag. Once we got our food out, I didn't have a biscuit with my famous bowl meal. The two other meals had their biscuits but they were hard as a rock. Literally took one of the two meal biscuits and knocked on the table with it. The other four Xtra biscuits we ordered were not hard not super soft and flakey but edible. A couple pieces of the nuggets in my bowl were tough and chewy but the other three pieces of nuggets were tender.The manager was even there. I'm a little surprised that the employees acted the way they were and the manager was quiet like she was just an employee she was even running the register (it wasn't busy either).The place was nice just needed the employees to do their part. Hopefully they fix these little issues.

Welcome Back

I don't know who own this KFC , but the management and employees is the worst I done seen out of all fast food in hattiesbrug having everybody to waiting 30min for their food..workers walking around don't want to work etc . This will be my last time coming here .
