The light was on but our donuts were barely warm. Usually when the light is on they are much warmer and just melt in your mouth. They were still good, just not warm enough!

Love Krispy Kreme doughnuts always have I remember back when I was a kid we get a dozen for $.39 it’s a little bit more than that now I got two donuts and a cup of coffee for less than eight bucks not bad I was given a car with that. At least they tasted good.

Hot light was on but the waitress gave me cold donuts, after I told her that I wanted Hot ones. She stated oh they are hot I just got them off the line. The donuts were cold and she was lying. This was the second time this happened and it was the same waitress

Krispy Kreme advertized Back to Hogswart special donuts. The promotion was to end September 14. It was at "participating locations." Hattiesburg was listed as participating. Just to be sure, I called. Unfortunately, I had to leave a message and was told they would call me back in 24 hours. Being hopeful, we drove 20 minutes to the Krispy Kreme location and found out that they "ran out" of those donuts and would not have any more for sale (this was 6 days before the end of the promotion). It would have been nice if they had answered the phone and told us that before we drove all the way to that location. We saw no advertisements for this promotion on TV and only found out about it via e-mail from another entity on September 8. We got the obligatory "I'm sorry." Nothing more, no offer of a discount or even a free donut, just "I'm sorry."
