I really enjoy Krystal’s breakfast . It seems like everytime I go to the drive thru, they don’t have supplies like , biscuits or coffee or coffee cups or sausage . What’s going on with this ?? The service people could also smile once in a while . That would also help .

The fries were pretty good, but the sliders (Krystal) smelled weird, the meat looked weird, and the buns were extremely wet and soggy, despite not having any sauces or pickles. I have texture issues and soggy bread grosses me out. I ordered 3 but they were too gross for me to eat the last one. The service was also not great, I ordered on Grubhub, walked in and up to the counter. No one was at the cash register so I just waited for someone to help, it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence, they were not busy either, the place had like 2 customers. The parking lot also has barricades and only has visible parking lines on the very outside of the lot for some reason.

I went through the drive-thru so I cannot tell you what it was like inside but I love these places you see the White Castles when I was a kid so I like the little hamburgers like that and I also go to the one in Las Vegas off of Fremont It is a white castles. For breakfast

Absolutely terrible. Waited in the drive thru for 30ish minutes. They didn't have ANY change so had to break a $20 at the gas station to pay. Not sure how this place is even still open. Don't waste your time. Unless you have 5 hours.

Entered restaurant approximately 11:50 a.m front server Black male with braids never acknowledged the presence of my husband and I. He never said I'll be right with you. I really love Krystal food but If you're $ is declining please note this is probably the reason. Awful customer service. Temperature was probably 80°. Outside Temperature was °52. We walked out and came to Cracker Barrel and received great food and customer service.

Oh my god where do I even start, They are constantly mixing up orders, The service is really slow, and the hamburgers taste like garbage. This is something you eat when you're extremely drunk and nothing else is open, But even then I would reconsider.
