Went to Krystal's drive-through on Monday March 9th around 8pm. I watched the lady in line in front of me give up and drive off after about 5 min of no response, then I waited another 3 or 4 minutes with no response at the microphone myself before I decided to go in the store and order. There was only one family in the dining area and no other customers present. The two employees appeared to be having trouble getting the registers to work for them for a couple of minutes with no acknowledgement that I had been standing there waiting to order. After that couple of minutes the employee finally asked for my order. I told her I would like 2 sackful combos. She told me it would be a 25 min wait because someone just ordered a huge order of sackful combos and they were cooking. I told her fine because I had driven all the way across town for Krystal's. She didn't really want to take the order. I told her fine, because the drive through wasn't working and they didn't want to take any orders inside the building either!! She didn't bother to correct the situation! The lazy employees at Krystal have ruined Krystal's. I just wanted a sackful of Krystal burgers for my wife and I on a Monday night but the employees have ruined it. Let me say it again, for the owner of the franchise: You need to fire your lazy employees and get some ppl in there that actually need a job instead of just riding the clock and coming up with excuses not to take orders. I will not be back until the owner makes an effort to hire decent ppl and I will not take this review down until service improves at this franchise. CUSTOMERS, SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION IF YOU THINK YOURE GOING TO PICK UP A SACKFUL OF KRYSTALS OR ANY OTHER ORDER. YOU WONT BE IN AND OUT OF THERE IN A REASONABLE TIME, THAT'S IF YOU GET SERVICE AT ALL!!! 1 STAR FOR RUINING KRYSTALS, HATTIESBURG MS FRANCHISE.

I only use the app. Every time I go to pick up my order something is wrong. No slush or ice cream after 5pm. An hour wait for food. NO REFUNDS. So ordering slush in app after 5pm then go to pick up, âWe donât serve ice cream or slush after 5. You want something else?â âYes a refund please.â âI canât do that. Youâll have to talk the gm. Sheâs only here on mornings.â Go in at morning time and talk to gm, âI donât do refunds.â
My last order, 12 of my sackfuls were all soggy. 6 were not supposed to have mustard, pickles, or onions. I was short 1 chicken wing, $1.66. I called the established twice and no one answered or called back. I filled out a form online 28 days ago. I have not received a phone call or email.

I have legitimately never had a good experience at this place and it sucks because I work odd hours and itâs one of the few places open very late. The workers are rude. Youâll wait 45 minutes for food to come out cold or completely old and stale. Youâre lucky to even get the food you paid them for.

I really enjoy Krystalâs breakfast .
It seems like everytime I go to the drive thru, they donât have supplies like , biscuits or coffee or coffee cups or sausage .
Whatâs going on with this ??
The service people could also smile once in a while .
That would also help .

The fries were pretty good, but the sliders (Krystal) smelled weird, the meat looked weird, and the buns were extremely wet and soggy, despite not having any sauces or pickles. I have texture issues and soggy bread grosses me out. I ordered 3 but they were too gross for me to eat the last one. The service was also not great, I ordered on Grubhub, walked in and up to the counter. No one was at the cash register so I just waited for someone to help, it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence, they were not busy either, the place had like 2 customers. The parking lot also has barricades and only has visible parking lines on the very outside of the lot for some reason.

I went through the drive-thru so I cannot tell you what it was like inside but I love these places you see the White Castles when I was a kid so I like the little hamburgers like that and I also go to the one in Las Vegas off of Fremont It is a white castles. For breakfast
