Meats are good; however, customer service is NOT. This is the 2nd out of 3 times shopping there. We wanted ribeye steak cut super thin for cheesteaks. We're originally from PA, and the steak they have in the case is not thin enough for "Philly" cheesesteaks. Spending $200 for 10 pounds of meat, you'd think we could get it cut the way we're asking for. It's not a super ridiculous request. The lady who ended up giving the finished meat to us was rude, the cashier we had seemed just as bad. You work in a busy butcher shop, better customer service would be nice. Looking into another butcher shop to go to. Tired of spending that much money and not getting what we requested.

Very pleased to find a place that I am not concerned about the look and taste of what is sold. Tired of half grey meat with no flavor that is sold at Walmart or extra high prices from Corner Market or Rameys. Allows me to purchase the exact amount I need versus small packs or family size. This place is one of the best finds in the area. Five stars for taste, portion choice,frozen sides and customer service.

Love the Lil butcher shop. Nice cut of meat. I like the frozen department. Over the counter meat is the best. When I have a appointment in Hattiesburg I always go by there and pick up a few things.
