Terrible service. I paid $22 for one pizza and bread sticks. And the young girl working in the drive-through was absolutely terrible. She just does not care about her job and I was just an inconvenience.

We have been ordering from Little Caesars ever since they opened on 98/hardy st before they moved to the Place they are now. I think it was the Long John Silver building. I believe overall they do a great job. People are always nice when I go in. I have noticed with Little Caesars, though, is the supreme pizza doesn't feel like a supreme anymore. The veggies isn't brought to the crust anymore. It is put in the middle and nothing more. It isn't the workers fault; they are trained that way. I would rather pay a little more and get a real supreme. For 15 dollars, I would believe it should have veggies all the way to crust. It pretty much doesn't look like a supreme. Overall, good for 1 topping pizzas but not for a multiple topping chain. I'll still come and get the pepperoni pizza, just not for a supreme. Still a pretty good place to eat. See you next week.

NEVER HOT AND READY. I always wait over 25 minutes just for a original classic pepperoni pizza. Then I had to call in and ask them to park people so I could leave without the pizza because they have a barrier in the drive thru so once you order you are stuck. Need more staff or something because im done pizzahut it is from now on and also the window is always dirty

Very rude and unprofessional employees. Insisted that I use my paper coupon on the app, I asked how to do it and they responded “Oh I don’t know how to do it though “ so what was the the point in telling me to go to the app if you’re unsure on how to use it . I received the coupon personally from the owner of the Oak grove location, who’s a regular at my job. They insisted that they couldn’t accommodate me because I didn’t get it from their location.

The attitude from the lady taking the orders was uncalled for was completely unprofessional I get working on Christmas eve sucks but on Google it says there open until 10pm it said on the door it closed at 6 today and we got here at 5:40 and the doors were locked so we went through the drive through got the the window with a women with red/pink hair who was slamming the sliding glass door open and closed slamming the money around with the worst possible customer service I've experienced to this day speed for anyone else who had to deal with this on Christmas eve
