The food was hot, fresh, and fairly quick. The customer service on the other hand is nonexistent. The young little girl working that morning, spoke only 1 word to me, she did not smile or say thank you. I pulled up told her, I’m picking up for Shane. She looked at me, shut the window, came back with my pizza, opened window and handed it to me. I asked for plates and napkins, she snatched a handful of napkins and mumbled, no plates! I said thank you, and she shut the window. The jokes on her though because I had a cash tip to give her but decided she didn’t deserve it.

I wish I could give it less than a 1 star. Absolutely pitiful. I door dash every day and get a pizza from lil Caesars, I try to get one from this location instead of the other side of Hattiesburg and they ALWAYS tell me it is going to be at 30+ mins wait for a 'hot and ready' pizza. So even though I try this location, the other location always gets my business.

They never have Hot N Readys, you make an order and takes up to an hr. False advertisement because the hot and readies are never Ready!

Service and cashier was terrible, very rude, slow, and had a very bad attitude saying she didn’t have bread to make cheesy bread, would not recommend, I’m not sure how they are even still in business!!! From a business standpoint I would fire her immediately!!!!

I have ate from the place in oak Grove MS alot, but this last time the pizza was dry. The girl that took my order had a rude attitude. Asked her a question about the cookie bars and she rolled her eyes at me. Even if your having a bad day don't take it out on the customers. The customers is what helps you have a paycheck.

Don’t use cash here. You won’t get the right change back. The young lady gave me the wrong change after she had to use her phone for the total. Then had a bad attitude when I first came in and then even more when I told her the change was wrong. Then I’m looking for Parmesan on the counter. And very nasty she says “we don’t have any Parmesan”. If you don’t like your job go home.
