Every time we come to town to visit our grandkids, we stop by here and load up. Can't find a bakery here in Jacksonville, that meets the quality of this bakery.

This was such a great find for our overnight stop in Hattiesburg. Pastries and coffee were exceptional. Highly recommend.

Oh my, what a find. I was looking for a delightful breakfast to go along with my morning coffee. We happened to see it driving by and are so glad we stopped. The bakery is in full view, and although there is ample seating, the star is the bakery operations. We had the biscuits both with egg and just bacon. They were phenomenal. The pastry was good, but the dough was not super flaky. It's worth a stop for sure. Note: Parking in the front is limited, and the spots are tight.

Cute little bakery! The brioche bread and croissants are tasty. Definitely the place to go when you are craving some fresh baked goods!

Beautiful bakery that was named in the New York Time for the top 20 in the country. It had a great selection of breads and pastries. We had the quiche that was very good. The coffee was great too. The staff was very friendly and told us a little about Hattiesburg.

Loblolly Bakery blew me away! The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery, and the cheese Danish was heavenly, ( Its even better when warmed up).The staff was so friendly it made the visit even better. I’m coming back tomorrow and every time I’m in Hattiesburg!

I recently came and purchased a blueberry cream cheese King Cake. Total was $32 and some change. I was at the drive thru window. I handed the employee my card, she swiped it, and gave it back and told me to have a good one. She never had me fill out a tablet for a tip and did not give a receipt. Looking back, I should’ve asked for a receipt but got comfortable and didn’t think much of it. Later that day, I checked my bank account and was charged $39.54. I went back to the store and they gave me a gift card for the amount I was charged ($39.50). I don’t want to assume the associate tipped herself, but I’m not sure why else I would’ve been charged an extra $7 when I bought nothing else. I appreciate the associate who gave me the gift card and he was very kind about the matter, but I’m disappointed the situation occurred and hope this is not a recurring issue.

Driving down Hardy St is always a challenge but worth the trip to this bakery. Parking is very limited but there is a side street that could accommodate; a few businesses that don’t open until later may be available if you go very early. There is a drive thru.
They have warm breakfast biscuits, filled croissants and crust less mini quiche. Tasty breads and bagels- all can be sliced. Cheese danishes. Frosted cinnamon rolls. Cookies. Granola. Delicious coffees and teas; both hot and cold.
You can watch inside the bakery as they make all of their wonderful offerings. There is a nice little area to sit and relax and drink your selections. Always friendly and helpful service.

This is a french bakery, so everything is great! From the Humble Pies, the Almond Croissants, to the basic Croissant, everything is made daily. One thing to recommend is the Spinach Parmesan Bread Loaf. Makes a simply amazing grilled cheese with tomato soup, if that's your thing. It is mine? YUM!

Ham and Cheese Croissant was my favorite, I wish there was a bit more chocolate in the croissant but nevertheless the food was amazing. I’ll come back!
