Our party of 4 arrived at 7:30 PM. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait, which was fine. We were seated at 8:04. The waiter was friendly, brought rolls, drinks, took our order. We didn’t receive our salads until 9PM and that was after me inquiring about them. The food came at 9:10. Myself and my husband had a ribeye and baked potato. We took one bite and it was horrible! Like bad meat! The potatoes were still hard and not cooked. My sister had the New York strip, same scenario. My brother in law ordered trout, it came out overcooked salmon. We were offered a free meal for our next visit. We decline and said we would not be back.

It gets 2 stars for being a Logan's. On a very slow Monday, we waited 45 minutes for our simple order of food to come out. Ordered a draft Sam Adams, which took 20 minutes to get after the server said they were out but had bottles, then came back and said they did have it on draft, but it was being changed out. It tasted awful, and they still didn't have bottles. Pretty upset overall with this spot.

The food was good but was barely warm. The people that came in after us got their food before us. I'm pretty sure the waiter forgot about us. I expected better but it is what it is.
The pork chops are so good ...had them twice in last week ...tender and juicy ...gotta give 5 stars to our waitress Asia ...she was the BEST ...so nice and on point the entire meal ...definitely be back

I have been to this restaurant many times with no problem. I went today for veterans day and ask if they were participating in the complimentary meal for veterans. She said, yes, and started to seat us. The manager or I'm guessing was the manager stopped her and said something to her. So she ask us to sit down wait and she would seat us. We were the only people waiting at this time. Shortly another older lady comes in and she seats her. Then another couple comes in and gets seated. Then a family of 5. Then another couple. We were sitting directly in front of the hostess and she looked at us several times. So it isn't like she forgot about us. I have no idea why she kept skipping us and never seated us but we gave up and walked out. We left from there and went to chili's and had a great meal. I don't see us going back to logans.
